Q:Is Duty, Tax (VAT) and Custom Charges in my country included in the price?
A:Duty, VAT and Custom Charges in your country is not included in the price. It must be paid by you or via an agent of your choice at the border of your country.
Q:What is the difference between Durban Port and Dar es Salaam Port for Zimbia customers?
A:If you choose Durban Port, your vehicle will be delivered via car carrier truck to the city. However using Dar Es salaam is more convenient as port charges are lesser and vehicles can be self driven to Zambia.
Q:How long will it take to get my vehicle?
A:It takes around 18 days in transit approximately from Singapore to Dar Es Salaam port, transit time is almost same for Durban port. If you have opted for transport, our agents will transport the vehicle immediately upon arrival.
